The words Fitness, Muscle Toning and Core Strength Training usually conger up visions of pain, repetition, boredom and hard work. Traditionally exercise and fitness equipment consisted of weighted equipment that you pushed, pulled, cycled, and generally wrestled around. Fitness centers supplemented experience with lots and lots of mirrors either to make you feel like your pain was worth it or making you feel guilty that you still looked like the average person would in your bike pants over sized tee shirt and red face!
Then came the next generation of fitness where they tried to make you feel like you were having fun by distracting you with digital displays, plasma screen and pumping music. This does distract your mind but it still doesn't exhilarate your body.
Introducing the new age in fitness. Fitness you do because it's fun!
Why do people spend a couple of hours paddling around in a crowded surf break?
Because they like paddling against the rip and jostling for position? No. Because when they catch those couple of waves they feel exhilarated.
Why do people stand in a queue for a chairlift for 10 minutes then sit on the chairlift for another 10 minutes for a 5 minute snowboard down the slope?
They do it mainly for the exhilaration they feel while flying down the slope.
This exhilaration has been captured in enticing phrases like “Only a surfer knows the feeling!” Well at Syco Fitness Aust we feel it’s time everyone knows the feeling. That exhilarating feeling you get when you are riding the Syco XT®. What better way to get fit than while you’re enjoying yourself!
