Syco Fitness Australia Returns Policy

Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days.

Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping plus a restocking fee of 25% for returns,

• Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
• Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
• Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged or used returns.

If you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA request using the form below. You will be issued an RMA number and instructions on how to send your order back to us.

If an item is received damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.  A replacement will be sent out for the damaged item.  If we are not notified within this timeframe, we cannot replace the item.

You must be issued a RMA# before you return your order. We will credit your account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
