Q3. What is the licensee's liability?

As the operator of the equipment you must have the appropriate insurance to cover your liability.

Q4. Is there product backup?

Yes our engineering department is available on request.

Q5. What maintenance is required?

A maintenance schedule is provided on our site for all operators. The maintenance consists of daily and weekly checks for wear and tear. Periodically minor parts require lubrication and replacement on normal wear and tear.

Q6. How much room is required to fit one unit?

Approximately 5 meters diameter and 3.6 meters high.

Q7. What about branding of the product?

Syco XT is a trademarked name of the product and it is a requirement that the product be referred to by name unless other arrangements have been made.

Q8. What about advertising?

We provide advertising through the internet. We provide promotional material that you may use for advertising. If you choose to do advertise in addition to this it is at your cost.

Q9. Is the license regional?

To be negotiated per license.

Q10. What happens to the license if Syco Industries is sold?

All licenses are contractual agreements and do not change on the ownership of the licensee or licensor.

Q11. Will you defend patents?

Syco Industries is the owner of the Patents and they will defend them.

Q12. What is the life expectancy?

The Patent is current for 20 years.
